Avantages
It's a boring job in building trusses, yet its easy. You carry wood,stack, cut, and assemble. They pay well and they give you profit sharing every 3 months. If you are a college student they are willing to work with your schedule as long as you show them your class schedule. Finally, the job is safe compared to other construction jobs. They have a safe guy, he is okay. We do have a speaker and that help out.
Inconvénients
-never gave me a fork lift license - they don't tell us our objective (even if the job seems repetitive) -no announcement about a sign up for health insurance (I still don't have mine). - management sucks. They suck at teaching the new people. ( I manage to stay because I asked how things works, and the old guys showed me how) -the company doesn't offer any advancement in position. -they except us to go super fast, even if there is no work. - when the economy hits, they don't tell us what position the company is in
