      Avantages

      The work can be very diverse and you can get great experience.

      Inconvénients

      The people can be a nightmare. Some are very pleasant and personable but there are a lot of partners who are just outright rude and disrespectful. There are associates who do not even want to interact with certain partners that they do not even report to because of how disrespectful those partners can be. HR does nothing about the behavior of you talk to them. Everyone in the firm talks about one specific partner openly and how rude that partner is and nothing is done about it.

I've had the opportunity to learn from knowledgeable colleagues, take on meaningful responsibilities, and contribute to a positive work environment. The firm genuinely invests in its people and fosters a culture of respect and inclusion.

      Inconvénients

      No major concerns to note at this time. My experience has been very positive, and the team has been supportive and welcoming since day one.
