      Avantages

      If you want to tough up and become thick skinned its the right place to work.

      Inconvénients

      If you came in when the stock were high you are screwed. Not only stock options are no longer available to engineers, vacations are also taken away.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
