      Avantages

      Only pro is they give good amount of stocks and their stock price is high.

      Inconvénients

      No job security, Environment in the company is bad since everybody is trying to save themselves to get good amount of stocks, Culture is screwed up

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
