      Glad to work in Cellular Wireless Protocols area

      Inconvénients

      Highly disorganized, no proper documentation, resulting in a very high stress work environment. Lot of nepotism present in some divisions.

      Broadcom offers great compensation and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Wasn't a con for me but was for some, but remote work is highly discouraged and rare, most people must go into the office every day. Also, it is a rank and yank system.
