      Avantages

      I had the opportunity to work with smart, friendly, creative and positive people at BrideClick. I took advantage of the marketplace Manny created and thrived selling to fortune 500 companies. I also learned everything I know about digital advertising by sitting next to Manny and working with people who want to make great campaigns.

      Inconvénients

      WeWork coffee does suck. But they have great free beer

      Avantages

      It was nice to work there, boss was very smart, other boss was very caring. I felt appreciated.

      Avantages

      You're always encouraged to take on more responsibility and work independently, which is great for broadening your skill set and finding new projects.

      Inconvénients

      You're basically getting paid at poverty level. Unclear guidance from senior management, lack of transparency from senior management (even though the company is ~15 people), and rewarding people based on relationships rather than hard work and accomplishment are some of the things that come to might. Also, getting threatened to be fired every week at the company meeting.
