      Avantages

      Throughout my time at BrideClick, I learned a great deal about the digital advertising industry. I was introduced to the world of sales and picked up a number of skills and strategies that I still use today. They have a really strong, core group of highly motivated people who truly care about the business and will stop at nothing to grow the company. Overall it was a great steppingstone that allowed me to eventually take my career to the next level. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity I had especially since they took a chance on me with limited experience when nobody else would.

      Inconvénients

      The compensation wasn’t the best however as an early stage startup this was expected.

      Avantages

      It was nice to work there, boss was very smart, other boss was very caring. I felt appreciated.

      Avantages

      You're always encouraged to take on more responsibility and work independently, which is great for broadening your skill set and finding new projects.

      Inconvénients

      You're basically getting paid at poverty level. Unclear guidance from senior management, lack of transparency from senior management (even though the company is ~15 people), and rewarding people based on relationships rather than hard work and accomplishment are some of the things that come to might. Also, getting threatened to be fired every week at the company meeting.
