      Avantages

      Good location, I guess. The Wework coffee is pretty great, too

      Inconvénients

      Zero trust. Manny and his cronies remind everyone how disposable they are. Everyone (save for a couple of genuinely good, hardworking people) talk trash about each other. The threat of getting laid off or fired is constantly over your head. They make fake promises that things are going to be good or get better, and they never deliver.

      Avantages

      It was nice to work there, boss was very smart, other boss was very caring. I felt appreciated.

      Avantages

      You're always encouraged to take on more responsibility and work independently, which is great for broadening your skill set and finding new projects.

      Inconvénients

      You're basically getting paid at poverty level. Unclear guidance from senior management, lack of transparency from senior management (even though the company is ~15 people), and rewarding people based on relationships rather than hard work and accomplishment are some of the things that come to might. Also, getting threatened to be fired every week at the company meeting.
