      Avantages

      Fantastic, inclusive people and culture Performance-based opportunities One-on-one and direct work with the partners Interesting work and clients (also quite the breadth of projects, even for the same client) Very strong talent base - many perform 1-2 levels above their "titles"

      Inconvénients

      Smaller firm - limits opportunities; however, that is part of the benefit (goes both ways with a small firm)

      Avantages

      Great boutique management consulting firm which gives seasoned and savvy business consultants a forum for their work without the crazy lifestyle of the large firms. Partners are fully engaged in all aspects of the business. They will roll the sleeves up and worked late hours alongside you.

      Inconvénients

      Uncertainty of income for associated consultants. Will need to be intentional in sustaining collaborative atmosphere as they grow with so many people not full-time employees.
