Avantages
I think the managers at Boostability genuinely care about their employees. This came to light especially at the beginning of the pandemic. While many other companies laid off employees to save money, Boostability really made an effort to keep as many people employed as possible, even when that meant that management took a pay cut. They're also very focused on making sure that employees get as many opportunities to learn and gain experience as possible.
Inconvénients
The only negative aspect for me was the low pay, which is why I recommend Boostability as a place to get experience in an entry-level job. The pay isn't enough to encourage people to stay a long time.
