      Avantages

      Very easy work for the most part. Employees are all friendly with each other. Easy commute and lots of lunch options nearby. Very casual environment and never took work home with me.

      Inconvénients

      Working with management can be frustrating- new ideas, training, and innovation discouraged. No opportunities for internal growth. Casual environment necessary in the summer-office temps can get into the low 80s. In the end, a small family business, with it's own quirky pros and cons.

      Avantages

      Blue Ridge Graphics is a well established local business, with a solid family-business atmosphere. The work environment is casual, but they take their business very seriously. Blue Ridge Graphics is entering its second generation of family management, but the first generation is still keeping an eye on things.

      Inconvénients

      The screen printing business is very seasonal. Sometimes the workload can feel like "feast or famine", and sometimes it seems like the business goes from not enough to do, to too much to do in the blink of an eye.
