      Avantages

      Training, on-boarding, and coworkers were all pros of the job

      Inconvénients

      Unmanageable workload. If you wanted to stay on top of your work, and respond to clients in a timely manner, you had to be willing to give up your own personal/family time, because it was impossible to complete all work within your regular hours.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Avantages

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Inconvénients

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
