      decent procedures, decent initial salary offer, decent work-life balance, breakfast included, good IT gear and security, good up-to-date tech

      Inconvénients

      political promotions, very low wage increase even with good performance reviews, difficult to access tools because few people are responsible for large amount of tools and access to them
