      - you have free time - remote-first company - few meetings on the week - good clients - they *really* want to get the best client for you - culture of always learning something every week -- but it's fine if you don't want to - it's a respectful but not boring place

      Inconvénients

      - sometimes you'll feel kinda lonely - no benefits if you're outside Canada

      - Great group of friendly, talented people with zero toxicity. - Tons of amazing mentors and a strong top-down effort to develop careers. - Clear pathway for promotions with full salary band and bonus transparency. - Highly sophisticated and innovative use of AI. - Fully remote with no return mandate, plus a nice office in Toronto if you want it. - Diverse client portfolio, comprehensive health benefits, and fun team offsites.

      Inconvénients

      - No RRSP matching. - Base health benefits are good but have low paramedical caps and no HSA to cover overages. - It's a consultancy, not a product org, so you may work in smaller or more isolated teams than you're used to.

      - Great group of smart, kind people. - Tier 2 pay. - Lots of interesting work (internal and client-based) with the potential to move to different projects over time. Also different sizes/stages of client projects. - Embraces AI use and actively works to improve.

      Inconvénients

      - Potential for imposter syndrome considering all the talented people here.
