      Avantages

      There are a great group of people there. Was once the best place I had ever worked.

      Inconvénients

      Management is much like a club. They are kept no matter what they have done. They are often shuffled to other departments if something goes wrong. While employees are let go.

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
