Meeting hourly requirements may require coverage sessions. - Management: Some clinical supervisors are still completing their own higher education, which can sometimes lead to gaps in oversight and support. - Compensation Structure: BCBA pay is competitive with the market. However, the pay scale for Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) could be higher.
