      Nice campus. Plenty of parking.

      High expectations for low salary. Not what I was expecting. Promotions are little more than a annual salary bump.

      Avantages

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
