Furthermore, it was decided that we will make full use of the possibility of paying the tax-free inflation money of 3.000,00 €. This amount is also paid out in two parts - the first part reached our employees already in December. In addition to the basic salary, our employees also receive a variable remuneration each year, which is also measured by their individual performance.
