      There are ample resources to tap on when you have innovative ideas that needs executing. Always striving towards one global organization.

      Not transparent enough when it comes to performance rating and reward. Can be overly structured with too many overlapping functions and departments.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Inconvénients

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
