- Disorganized in many processes; - Lack of clarity in the goals; - The operational part is very underestimated and devalued in a company that needs a lot of operational work; - CEO focuses too much on the product and does not care about business processes, which is key to scaling the company; - Lack of sales process, without clear definitions, literally an open door to sell the products;

We are happy that you see value in the work of the People&Performance team, our focus is always to offer the best experience for Axurian! This includes a benefits package consistent with Axurian's reality, complete onboarding, leadership development, and a selection process consistent with our values. Here at Axur we try to keep the documentation about the processes up to date in our main tool, Slite! In this space, we keep track of processes, strategic and cultural definitions of all the company's teams. Furthermore, we believe that we have a culture of openness and exchange that allows decisions and prioritizations to be understood, including the What's Up, a monthly meeting that promotes strategic explanations by the heads and a space for questions. We are sorry that your experience in this aspect was not so positive! But your feedback will help us change that! Thank you very much.

Avantages

I have been working as Axurian for two years now and really one of the biggest Pros has been to be able to work with sensational people who have contributed a lot to my growth during this time, likewise the work environment is one of the best, the benefits have been very well and a whole list of things that make Axur a good place to work.

Inconvénients

So far I don't have a Cons that I can mention.

Proactive CEO, helpful, really open to talking to anybody in the company. Possibility of Growth Low bureaucracy Great team Fully remote work Real flexibility Good process with the People and Performance team

Inconvénients

It doesn't have an office; it's fully remote. Sometimes people need the approach of other teams or in-person meetings.

Essas escolhas são intencionais e sustentam a forma como decidimos atuar. Optamos por não ter um escritório fixo porque priorizamos a liberdade geográfica — ampliando possibilidades e reconhecendo os diferentes contextos em que cada Axurian está inserido. Ao invés de centralizar, escolhemos viabilizar encontros presenciais de forma estratégica: promovemos conexões entre áreas distintas sempre que há concentração regional, e realizamos reuniões presenciais quando decisões de negócio demandam esse tipo de presença. Não é uma escolha automática — é uma decisão guiada por propósito. Se, em algum momento, perceber a necessidade de mudanças nas dinâmicas entre os times, dividir suas percepções com quem está ao redor (sua liderança direta, o time de People&Performance e demais pares e colegas), é um importante ponto de partida.
