      Avantages

      Relaxed environment and friendly staff. A lot of paid time off annually.

      Inconvénients

      Management is lacking. Lots of unnecessary steps in order to pay low dollar amount claims. Very little training, but high expectations. Micromanaging and inefficiency is pretty much the name of the game in this position. No room for advancement. Promotions are handed out based on how long you have worked at the company and not necessarily how well you do your job. Pay is ridiculously low and raises are impossible to get. First TPA I have worked for that makes you go against the client. Weird.

      The company is small to mid sized and perfect for establishing a close relationship with all positions including upper management

      Avantages

      If you have patience and motivation, it’s a great place to learn.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is significantly under the current trends in the industry. Especially considering the niche and lack of talent in the pool. It is unfortunate that they lose great talent due to low pay. A lot of nepotism and favoritism in upper management, family members are hired and are promoted.
