      Small company feel with fun company activities. Good coworkers for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Certain managers do not care about who they employ and foster a toxic workplace culture with their hires, as they are toxic themselves. Pay isn’t good.

      The company is small to mid sized and perfect for establishing a close relationship with all positions including upper management

      Avantages

      If you have patience and motivation, it’s a great place to learn.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is significantly under the current trends in the industry. Especially considering the niche and lack of talent in the pool. It is unfortunate that they lose great talent due to low pay. A lot of nepotism and favoritism in upper management, family members are hired and are promoted.
