Working for Autonomy has been an absolute pleasure. You are not just a number as an employee here, you are family and valued within the team. I feel very lucky to be immersed in a work environment where leadership helps you learn from your mistakes and questions are encouraged! My voice is always heard and the company puts an emphasis on having a healthy work life balance. Not to mention, you get to have an influence on the future of mobility all while making a positive impact on the environment! I genuinely love my job and appreciate the opportunities it has brought me.
Inconvénients
You wont find many cons working for Autonomy. My position is remote, so I have the flexibility of working from home. The only downfall to that is missing out on the social aspect when actually going into an office. However, through virtual meetings and events I have been able to build great relationships with my colleagues! When I do make it into the office I am always greeted with smiling faces that help motivate me to do my best!
