Avantages

Nice company in general that is doing a great product. Technical expertise is very high among the coworkers. Provides unlimited budget of tokens that you can use also for building your pet projects. Overall good wlb.

Inconvénients

- In some cases WLB was not that great before releases, when the manager asked to work late or expected work to be done during the weekends, but that wasn't often. - Company struggles in competition with Anthropic / OpenAI / Cursor

Ownership of work, good culture amongst engineers and ICs

Inconvénients

Delusional, stubborn leadership, no accountability amongst leadership, obvious favoritism and bias for certain employees, no product direction, violation of multiple labor laws
