Inconvénients
Working culture is not transparent, information management structure is obtuse, project management at all levels and in all service lines is generally inconsistent and of average quality. Because of repeated mergers and acquisitions (recently Siemens IT and Bull) culture is fragmented and leadership structure varies even with the same service line.
