      Avantages

      The hours are flexible, the work is fine. If you get fixed clients it is really fun.

      Inconvénients

      You don't really bond with the organization and don't get an explanation on how the organization works. You don't know any of your colleagues.

      Avantages

      Meedenkende planning, altijd vriendelijk, houden rekening met de wensen van de werknemer wat betreft werkomstandigheden (bijvoorbeeld: niet-rokende cliënt en geen huisdieren).

      Inconvénients

      Planners zijn slecht bereikbaar in geval van nood of onduidelijkheden door personeelstekort en lange wachttijden; soms onrealistisch korte tijden gepland tussen twee cliënten waardoor je te dreigt te laat te komen.
