Avantages
I have worked at Ascendix for almost 6 years (the last 2 of them in the HR department), so I can definitely say that this company is a very good place to work.
A bit of formal info:
Management: Everything starts from the top management. Todd and Wes invested a lot of time in finding the right people who match their values, so team members are selected not only for their technical skills, but also for how well they fit the team.
Structure: The company has both products and services, which makes a difference, as people have an opportunity to gain valuable experience in different directions. It also helps the company distribute resources during difficult times to support and retain the team - and it has worked many times.
Compensation: Compensation is aligned with market standards – fair and regular. In addition, the company offers a great benefits package tailored to the cooperation model.
Format: Team members have been working fully remotely since COVID, and it’s actually awesome. We are flexible when it comes to locations.
Equipment: The company provides all the necessary equipment, which is a great benefit.
Processes: Processes are well established. The Administrative team does their best to make them simpler and more transparent, and the company is genuinely open to feedback.
Growth opportunities: They are awesome. I have seen many inspiring success stories among people I worked with - from Junior Developer to Director, sounds good, right? If you are proactive enough, the company will definitely give you opportunities to grow.
People: ARE AWESOME.
The only reason for me to leave this company was my desire to step outside my comfort zone. Of course, there are many interesting challenges and projects inside the company, but Ascendix became such a comfortable and familiar place for me that it almost felt like home.
So if you are looking for something like this, you should definitely consider Ascendix.
