The company doesn't provide so much as a paper plate for their employees. Management doesn't listen to, nor do they care about their employees. Morale is very low here. Corporate is very top heavy. No training. Frequent layoffs during the time when the economy is booming. They are all about moving jobs out of the U.S. over to India to increase their bottom line.
