Requests to be cross-trained to other departments or to be considered for other positions that you are qualified for are ignored, and later you're told that no one ever knew you had an interest. No ethics here. No pride for quality work, instead they want you to "just get it done" regardless of if it's correct or legal or ethical. They don't care if you make mistakes constantly as long as you keep your mouth shut.
