      -Nice coworkers -Kind and supportive boss -The work will teach you a lot about how to communicate -Fun job

      Inconvénients

      -Rigid with their communication rules, which leads to unsatisfied customers. (People want to be spoken to like a person, not like an AI bot that is programmed to utter MUST SAY words or sentences) No possibility for career advancement Rigged bonus system. May as well pretend there is none.

      it’s a dead end job. Only take this job if its your last resort.
