(greater than <10 %) Indian Leaders are expat at reselling, hence depriving resources (JL 7B & Below of credits, highlights, R&R , Financial gains). Directors create their own comfort zone by hiring ex-colleagues (biased environment (E: ANZ director for RPA/AA/COE team)
