      Avantages

      Great small company to work for! Michael is an amazing boss, and the company culture is very supportive and friendly. Opportunities to work in multiple areas as you gain experience with the tasks and lab protocols.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of upward mobility because company is so small.
