      Once proud SMB with great management team, innovative products and solid direction. Small company feel and still run like a small company Employees feel like one of the family

      Inconvénients

      Senior Management is not united and the effects are felt throughout the company Layoffs, wage freezes, reductions in employee benefits and compensation while senior management continues to reward itself with trips and other perks Money spent on extravagances for senior management creating bitter feeling amongst employees

      Coworkers usually build a strong bond even after working here because of the stuff they all deal with

      You basically have to kiss butt as a young African American to be there on the day shift especially is less about your work ethic or if you on time in the right place right uniform and producing none of that matters for example running ui on all production workers except the one who father happens to be a manager interesting that leaves me to the worst of them all the vp is an amazing person I have to say so myself until you don’t show her the attention she craves it’s kinda weird idk how to explain it it’s like she knows she isn’t going to have an affair so it’s like she gets off on the attention
