Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Good benefit package. Most middle managers allowed employees to do their job with little interference. Provided some training but most of the "real" training was on the job with others who had experience.
Inconvénients
Poor communication between upper management and the front line service delivery personnel. Difficulty with identification of and delivery of services to fit the customers' needs. One size fits all approach is not effective in today's healthcare market.
