      Every aspect of sales pay has been manipulated with little to no regard to employees. Poor leadership from top, middle management, and local employees. Hasn’t bought new equipment in years.

      This company allowed a lot of autonomy as long as the revenue was coming in.

      There was some definite favoritism going on, where some guys were handed opportunities and others were on their own.
