Disorganized and Unprofessional - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Agave & Rye

This company has no HR structure and is expanding far too quickly for its extremely limited chain of command. During my time here, this lead to severe disorganization in my hiring process and then a complete disconnect amongst upper management as to the expectations/duties of my position. They were so unprepared that my onboarding as Marketing Manager was just a recycled set of videos given to Restaurant Managers. None of the people involved in my EXTENSIVE hiring process were people I was actually working with.
