      Avantages

      One of the owners is very connected to his employees and cares about climbers welfare

      Inconvénients

      No benefits even though they were offered at date of hire... great job if you like "putting out constant fires!" They take 30 min every day out of your pay whether you take a lunch or not. They try to micro manage you all the time
