      Management is purely focused on the bottom line and does not mentor or promote employees. Management is not truthful about the state of the organization, long-term goals/plans, etc.

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
