Biggest statement of disconnect in a while. - Which leads to the next point: Big disconnect between Leadership and Employees. Leadership believes that we have no reason to be unhappy because no one is truly listening to the employees anymore; not like they used to. What used to feel like a family now feels corporate. The same people are moving up the ladder fast and living the dream while everyone else gets walked all over. - Some managers are now seeking "demotions" because of the changing expectations and culture. Demotions by choice are not usually allowed here. - A lot more people "choosing to retire early" over the last few years. It used to be hard to get people to retire.
