It’s also super stable—no layoffs, so job security isn’t a worry. Plus, the projects are actually interesting, keeping the work exciting and rewarding. Also very good work life balance

      Inconvénients

      While the company is stable, career growth can be pretty slow, and promotions don’t happen as quickly as you might hope. It’s a great place for job security, but if you’re looking to climb the ladder fast, it might take some patience.

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
