      1. Great benefits 2. competitive salary 3. Great people to work with 4. Fun at times

      Inconvénients

      1. Management isn't the best. 2. Lack of training 3. Too much work to complete in only 8 hours 4. 3 onsite work days a week 5. no makeup time if you have to miss work for important events 6. they claim to promote work life balance but its a joke.

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
