Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The projects at ASML are incredibly complex and interesting. You have the latitude to work on projects with extremely advanced manufacturing processes and complex problems that are very challenging.
Inconvénients
Most of the employees at ASML have either been there >10yrs or <3yrs. There are less growth opportunities for brand new employees, which is why many are poached by other tech companies after a couple of years. ASML likes to pitch itself as a hip tech company, but doesn't provide many of the benefits associated with tech companies.
