Engineers get to do ground-breaking work that no one has done before. Other cons: 1. Opportunity to travel to Europe 2. Equality -here titles are not as important as some of the American companies. Inconvénients
1. ASML didn't become a global company like it is today until recent years, so the way they do things can still be Netherland centric at times. 2. Some of the operating systems are out-of-date, for example paper forms, excel sheets in a lot of places, and the company's website is 20 years old....
