The Australian office culture is just an odd - very backwards and clearly behind many workplces in Australia. Feels like its the 90s! Senior leaders - the Senior Exec team - have zero interest in developing their workers flat hierarchy so not much room to move There are some wonderfully rotten apples in senior positions very passive aggressive environment - childish at times - mainly from sales and marketing teams silo working very little cross collaboration working
