      Work life balance WAS okay but some management want to go back 'old school' Marketing and Sales looked after Good discount

      Inconvénients

      Back office staff e.g. ops/finance/facilities/HR not looked after Leadership not on the same page so one leader is strict, another has relaxed approach No career progression of training available unless your in Sales

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
