      Avantages

      ASG offeres flexible hours and can be good with schedules. Benefits are traditional. They have a great client and their employees are good people to work with. The work is manageable and sometimes travel is necessary for events - reasonable though.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is very low and they are not fond of budging on it . They offer no incentives, raises or appraisals. The company has no room for growth and also does not have a vision for the future nor leadership ability.

      Avantages

      CEO is really a terrific person who cares very much about her employees and being a positive force in the world. A motivated person who is willing to go out and sell his/her ideas will likely be able to do whatever kinds of projects she can sell to a client. So there is lots of flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      The company seems to have trouble figuring out what they want to do or to be. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have some support in selling themselves and their own ideas to create their own client base. The company is oddly split between consulting and staffing. You likely will have to do a lot of business development for your own consulting work.
