      Avantages

      New experiences and challenges kept me motivated. They took the time to explain to me how to be an excellent field surveyor.

      Inconvénients

      ARS is a small company. The Dallas office had around 16 employees.

      No support from the top down, unstable / tense environment, no real HR, no cohesion within departments, tense work environment, vindictive personalities to manage
