      Avantages

      Opportunity to help shape the direction of the company by bringing ideas to the table. Management takes time to listen and brainstorm. I feel "heard". Good work/life balance, which is important for my young family. Trust is given to employees to do their job well without micromanaging. Opportunity to learn new technologies and work remotely when needed.

      Inconvénients

      You need to know how to figure things out here and be resourceful. Not always a negative, but there is no real formal training period.

      Avantages

      What an exceptional organization! This company truly provides you with avenues for growth, regardless of what your specialty is in. API prides itself on hiring the best of the best and is truly a leader in their space. The knowledge each and every employee bring's to the table is enlightening. Everyone is incredibly professional and dedicated to the company's and their own personal success. I can't say enough about being a part of this team and the working environment API fosters.

      Inconvénients

      Hard to think of any cons with API. Across the board, my experience has been great and to suggest otherwise would be a lie.
