      Avantages

      FT employees do not pay premiums for health benefits; Generous accrual of Paid time off. Generous 401K. State of the art equipment. Nice setting for the office.

      Inconvénients

      Employees rarely take a chunk of time off even though they have the PTO accrued, and if they do, appears to be when CEO believes its convenient for the company.

      Poor treatment of employees Rude staff Not a diverse environment or culture CEO is horrible and a micromanager of adults Hard to get a bonus No promotion or raises Clock in and out of an app as a salaried employee
