Avantages

The pay is good for the area. Most of the entry level staff and administrators are great to work with.

Inconvénients

Upper management is incompetent and forgetful. It is common to be assigned a directive and then get asked why you are doing said directive simply because management forget they assigned the task. Decisions are made on a "how-I-feel-when-I-wake-up" basis by upper management. That aside, management is down to the micro level. If you don't notice that morale is at a rock bottom during an interview then you are extremely thick. Several cusiness partners come for business visits and leave passing comments to lower level staff that they should "get out while they are young."

Avantages

Collaborative and supportive team environment among great coworkers (aside from management), which made day-to-day work enjoyable and fostered strong peer relationships.

Inconvénients

The company’s management fostered an extremely toxic environment characterized by manipulation, hypocrisy, and a refusal to accept or act on constructive feedback. Despite clear opportunities for improvement, leadership consistently dismissed employee input, creating a culture of frustration and stagnation. Most positions of power were held by men who often talked down to others, operating with an air of superiority that was both demeaning and demoralizing. On top of that, employees were severely underpaid relative to industry standards, contributing to low morale and high turnover.
